Kozie Design is an interior design company that is based in New York. We offer an entire range of design services, along with an extensive library of small furnitures and accessories.
We pride ourselves on creating luxury, functional, compelling and comfortable interiors. Our aim for every project, regardless of size or spectrum is to make the completed design feel personal and authentic.
We want the design experience to be pleasurable, fun and easy-whether we’re doing a room refresh/remodel or a new build.
Owner/Skills and Experience:
Akosia Cox is the owner and principal of Kozie Design, LLC. She began her career in Design as a Flooring Specialist, at Home Depot where she also did a bit of Kitchen Design as well. This started off her passion for Interior Design. In her 10+ years in the business, she has been blessed with the opportunity to work at prestigious firms in New York City, Westchester and Connecticut. Working under intelligent and driven individuals, she decided that she wanted to take her career further by branching out and thus Kozie Design was born.
She enhanced her design knowledge by completing a few semesters in a design program at a prestigious college based in New York.
Akosia founded Kozie Design in December 2019. Charged with a God-given purpose to enhance the design of her clients homes, she has worked with several individuals and families to make their space their own. Her gift for renovating and eye for detail combined with a love for Christ is what fuels her desire to help you in all your design aspirations.
